Expression
Lines
30 min · minimal downtime
A consultation to discuss expression lines, including crow's feet, frown lines and forehead lines. I'll assess your face and talk you through what's suitable for you specifically, based on your anatomy and goals. Every plan is reviewed and approved by a prescribing doctor before anything is booked in.
Facial
Volume
45–60 min · minimal downtime
A consultation to discuss facial volume, including changes across the cheeks, temples and jawline. I'll assess your face and talk you through your options, based on your anatomy and goals.
Every plan is reviewed and approved by a prescribing doctor before anything is booked in.
Microneedling (Collagen Induction Therapy)
60–75 min · downtime 2–4 days
Collagen Induction Therapy uses controlled micro-injuries to trigger your skin's own collagen and elastin production, working on texture, fine lines, scarring and cell renewal. It works best as a course rather than a single visit: I typically recommend four sessions, spaced around six weeks apart, to get the most from it.
Frequently Asked Questions
Questions are always welcome. If you can't find what you're after here, get in touch.

No, not if you're pregnant or breastfeeding. There are also guidelines around recent travel, other skin treatments and current medications, all of which I'll talk through with you before anything is booked in.
An expression lines consultation focuses on areas like crow's feet and frown lines. A facial volume consultation focuses on changes in facial volume and deeper lines. I'll assess which, if either, is relevant for you at your consultation.
We'll talk through your skin, your goals and your medical history, and I'll do a proper facial assessment. I'll be upfront about what I think will and won't work for you. If you decide to go ahead, your plan is then reviewed and approved by a prescribing doctor before treatment happens.
This depends on what's discussed and agreed at your consultation, and I'll always walk you through what to expect before anything is booked in
Costs are discussed during your consultation, in line with current TGA advertising requirements for cosmetic treatments, which means I can't publish pricing here. Get in touch and I'm happy to talk you through it.
Yes. Every treatment plan I create is reviewed and approved by a prescribing doctor before anything proceeds.
This varies from person to person and treatment to treatment. I'll talk you through realistic timeframes for your specific plan at your consultation.
No. A consultation is exactly for working out if treatment is right for you. There's no obligation to book anything on the day.
Yes. Many clients travel in from Hepburn Springs, Trentham, Kyneton, Woodend and right across the Central Highlands for their consultations.
Absolutely. Consultations are exactly where I talk you through what's involved, answer your questions and make sure you feel informed, whether you decide to go ahead or not.
No referral is needed to book a consultation. You're welcome to get in touch directly, and we'll go from there.
Cosmetic nurses, doctors and injectors can all be involved in cosmetic treatments, but the roles work differently. As a Registered Nurse, I carry out consultations and treatments, and every plan I create is reviewed and approved by a prescribing doctor before anything goes ahead. It's a genuinely collaborative model, not a solo one.
Every Registered Nurse in Australia is listed on the public AHPRA register, so you can check anyone's registration status yourself at ahpra.gov.au. I've been a Registered Nurse since 2007, and every treatment plan I create is also reviewed and approved by a prescribing doctor before treatment happens.
